Integrating Technology with science/social studies and Literacy

The idea:  Use your computer or technology center to integrate your weekly theme (social studies/science) and literacy together.

How to do this:  Create a weekly website with daily tasks including:  

• Videos for comprehension (Youtube.com, brainpopjr.com, etc.)

• Read-alongs- Bookflix, Tumblebooks

• Writing Templates- Read-Write-Think, padlet.com, brainpopjr.com activities

• Phonics activities- starfall.com, abcya.com

• Researching (later on in the year)- simple websites for kids.
